Target Communications Group Ltd was founded in August 2020 by Michael Sherlock and James Kane, at a time when businesses everywhere were facing unprecedented disruption. While many saw uncertainty, they saw opportunity - the chance to support organisations navigating the rapid shift to remote and hybrid working.

From day one, the vision was clear: to become a single, trusted partner delivering complete accountability across every core area of business technology.

Since then, the business has grown significantly, building a reputation for reliability, responsiveness and service excellence. A key milestone came in 2024 with the acquisition of Grayscale Solutions Ltd, strengthening the management team with the addition of David Gray, and further reinforcing our commitment to delivering outstanding service.
